Draft for legal review: this page describes how the current Rozine Law website handles information. Alex Rozine or qualified counsel must review it before production use.
Information you provide
The contact form asks for your first name, last name, email address, and message. Please do not include confidential or time-sensitive information in an initial inquiry.
The form also sends a completion timestamp and an empty anti-spam field. The server uses network information supplied with the request for short-term rate limiting and abuse prevention.
How contact information is used
Rozine Law uses the information submitted through the form to review and respond to the inquiry and to operate and protect the contact process.
Form submissions are processed by the website server and sent through EmailJS to the firm's configured email-delivery template. EmailJS receives the submitted contact information and message needed to deliver the inquiry.
Analytics, cookies, and browser storage
The current website code does not include an analytics service and does not save contact-form entries in cookies, local storage, or session storage. Form entries remain in the page only while you complete the form and are cleared after a successful JavaScript submission.
The site's fonts are bundled and served with the website rather than loaded from Google Fonts in your browser.
Embedded Google Map
If the map is configured, the Service Area page loads an embedded Google Map. Your browser connects to Google to load that map, and information received by Google is handled under Google's own policies. The map is not used to collect the contact-form message.
Initial inquiries
Viewing this website or contacting Rozine Law does not by itself create a lawyer-client relationship. A relationship is formed only after Alex confirms representation in writing.
